Today I invite everyone to a small article about the types of baking tray :)
There are many types of baking trays.
1-Silicon baking trays-recently very fashionable,in my opinion are only good for baking muffins, because the larger cake can be in them unstable.The advantage is that you don't have to lubricate them margarine.
2-Metal baking tray-
Baking trays, as the name suggests, are made of metal.It is the most practical type of baking tray,because they are stable.
3-Ceramic baking tray-In them we can immediately give on the table.The best are for soufflés and tarts.
And now,something about baking trays sizes :)
Avaible on the market is very much the sizes of the baking trays.
I use:
rectangle with sizes of 33 cm to 17 cm.
cake tin with a diameter of 26 cm.
a square sizes 24 cm by 24 cm.
And that's enough :)
